• 2.10.2023 – 31.05.2024 extended to 17.06.2024 –  the abstract subbmission
• from 1.05.2024 – the review of the abstracts begins
• 15.07.2024 postponed to 31.07.2024– the decision upon admission of the abstracts – those qualified for the Oral or Poster Sessions, the release of technical and logistic criteria regarding the presentation of the publications
• 20.09.2024 – the deadline for sending the posters (for abstracts qualified for presentation during the Electronic Poster Session)

• Maximum characters count of the abstract: 1800 (including the spaces)

Structural guidelines for submission

Please include any information regarding authors’ conflicts of interest below the abstract.

The abstract should include undermentioned elements in given order:

1. Topic of the abstract (the list is given below) – please enter the correct letter or letters
2. Title of the abstract
3. List of the authors, please underline the author that would be presenting
4. Affiliation
5. Body of the abstract (standard structure should include: INTRODUCTION, AIM, METHODOLOGY, RESULTS, FINDINGS)
6. The information regarding authors’ conflicts of interest
7. The information, if the publication has been already presented at PSA International Congress (Międzynarodowy Kongres PTA)

Editing and submission

To expedite the acceptance process and to avoid mistakes, please use the undermentioned list when proofreading the submission:

1. The abstract is accordant with technical guidelines, in particular the body of the abstract does not exceed the character count (1800 characters with spaces)
2. The abstract contains all of the structural guidelines elements
3. The authors’ legal names and affiliations are accurate and the correct person has been marked as the presenter
4. The text of the abstract is complete and does not contain any mistakes
5. The abstract includes the information regarding authors’ conflicts of interest
6. The abstract includes the information, if the publication has been already presented at PSA International Congress (Międzynarodowy Kongres PTA)

The rules of qualification of the abstracts for oral or poster presentation

1. Only the abstracts that have been submitted in the electronical form, before the deadline for submitting the abstracts, that fulfill the technical, structural and topical requirements (abovementioned) will be reviewed.
2. When submitting the abstract one may choose the preferred manner of presentation. Nevertheless, the final decision about the acceptance of the abstract and its qualification to either oral or poster presentation will be made by the Scientific Committee. The decision will be sent to the person that submitted the abstract electronically.
3. Due to extension of a term of the abstract submission, the list of qualified works and their authors will be published on the 31th of July on the website along with the detailed programme of the presentations and all the essential technical and logistical information in regard to the presentations.
4. The condition of presenting the work is the registration of at least the presenting author to the Congress.
