The basic registration fee of the Congress Participant includes:

  • participation in scientific sessions, including the Inaugural Session,
  • admission to the medical exhibition,
  • 3-month access to the Participant’s Internet Zone acting as an electronic participant’s file,
  • electronic certificate of participation in the Conference,
  • meals included in the program of the Congress.

Extra paid options

Workshops (classes with a limit of places) – the price of an admission ticket for a single workshop is PLN 50 gross (including 23% VAT). Only people with a paid participation package will be able to register for the relevant classes. Early registration for the workshops will be possible from 24.09.2024 to 7.10.2024, it will be launched only online, in two rounds:

  • round 1 (50%): 24.09.2024, 12:00 p.m.
  • round 2 (50%): 01.10.2024, 12:00 p.m.

The order of applications is decisive.

It will be possible to purchase a ticket only after successful registration for a given workshop. The workshop fee should be paid by 7.10.2024. Bookings not paid within this period will be automatically cancelled. On-site registration will only be possible if there are still places available.

Accompanying events of a non-substantive character
The Organizer hereby declares that in the case of organizing accompanying events, they will not be financed from the funds of INFARMA, POLMED Chamber or MedTech Polska member companies.

Accompanying persons – accompanying persons do not have access to the educational and exhibition zone of the Congress. In the case of organizing accompanying events and separate catering zones, the Organizer provides for the possibility of purchasing additional tickets or meals for accompanying persons. The Organizer hereby declares that the participation of accompanying persons will not be financed from the funds from the member companies of INFARMA, the POLMED Chamber or MedTech Polska.

Changes in registration and reservations, correction of invoices
In the following cases: the necessity to issue and send a duplicate invoice or invoice correction (unless it is related to the resignation from participation in the Conference), changes in the payer of the booked services or data of the registered person made after the payment has been registered, a handling fee of PLN 70 gross is charged for each such incident.

Cancellation and refund conditions

Remark! The presented cancellation and refund conditions apply only to orders with one participant package paid for by a given payer. In the case of larger orders, the cancellation conditions are determined individually and depend on the size of the order.

  1. The presented conditions of reimbursement apply both to the resignation from all ordered services and to the change of the package from a more expensive package to a cheaper one or the resignation from one of the ordered additional services.
  2. Conditions of fee reimbursement in case of collective booking, grant under a separate booking or invitation of the company making the reservation, are identical as in case of resignation from the participation in the conference. Therefore, we kindly ask abovementioned participants, who simultaneously paid the fee individually, and will apply for the fee reimbursement, to inform us of such fact as soon as possible.
  3. The condition of reimbursement is to send the written (it may be done via email) resignation of participation or the request for reimbursement of fee paid individually to the Organizing Office. The date of receiving the resignation or the request is decisive:

  1. The fee refund is done directly to the bank account from which the fee was transferred. In case of VAT invoices, within 14 days after receiving by the Organizing Office the signed copy of correcting invoice.
  2. In case of paying the registration fee but not arriving at the conference, no fee refunds will be done and the conference materials will not be delivered in any form by the Organizer or the Organizing Office. Absent participant does not have any right to receive the certificate of attendance in the conference.
