I. Please pay attention to the e-mails that should be send before the Congress!

• All registered persons with a paid fee will receive a message by e-mail on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 by 10:00 p.m., which includes:
  • link to the Online Participant Zone,
  • individual login (this is the participant’s email address provided during registration)
  • individual access code.
• If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your SPAM.

On Friday, September 20, 2024, by 10:00 p.m.,  the following will be sent again to the address provided in the registration  :

• link and code needed to log in to  the Online Participant Zone

On Monday, October 7, we will send an invitation with a QR code allowing for quick registration and receiving an ID badge necessary to move around the Conference area. Please have your codes ready before entering the Congress Center.

If necessary, check SPAM.

If you have not received any of the messages by Monday, September 23, please contact the Organizing Office.

In the case of company registrations, please make sure that you provide us with the email address you are currently using (it will only be used for organizational purposes related to your participation in the Congress).

II. Please be sure to check your login details for the Online Participant Zone

The Online Participant Zone is a place where you can sign up for workshops before the Congress and find materials available by our partners, and after the event also a certificate of participation.

III. Registration for the workshops

1. 1. Early booking of a place at the workshop will be possible from Tuesday 24.09.2024 only online, after logging in to the Online Participant Zone, it will be launched in two rounds:
      • Round 1 (50% of seats):
        Tuesday, 24.09.2024, 12:00 p.m. to Monday, 30.09.2024, 12:00 p.m.
      • Round 2 (50% of seats):Tuesday, 01.10.2024, 12:00 p.m. to Monday, 07.10.2024, 12:00 p.m.

   Reservation of a seat during the Congress will be possible only if there are free seats.

   Only people with a pre-booked and paid place are allowed to enter a given workshop. The fee for the previously booked workshop should be paid immediately after booking the place. Read more about the workshops…

   All workshops during the Congress are held in groups of up to 40 people.

IV. Program – we encourage you to install the mobile application or print the PDF available on the website

Car park

The car park at ICE Kraków is an unguarded, paid car park available to customers of the Congress Centre. The cost of parking is PLN 8 per hour (price as of 04/09/2024).
